The PIP10 is based on a Pentium-M chip out of the Intel Embedded program and therefore guarantees a good long term availability. The CPU that is being used is the powerful Pentium M 738 (1.4GHz with 2MB internal L2 cache). This is currently the most powerful low voltage CPU out of the Embedded program!
